A neighborhood café located in Prosper Texas that specializes in seasonal, made-from-scratch comfort foods and healthful beverages. We are inspired by the seasons and the development of urban agriculture in our area. WISK was founded on a deep-rooted desire to gather people together around wholesome food and shared experiences. We use fresh ingredients to create nourishing, seasonal fare inspired by recipes that have been passed down through generations. We carry over the food philosophy supporting and using ingredients that are as local as possible, as often as possible. We source local, organic, humane and sustainable food and prepare as much as we can from scratch. At WISK , we utilize many time-honored ingredients from around the world to create global yet familiar dishes.

Obsession with pancake is not normal but eating our fluffy pancake made from our old fashion recipe every day is very normal.
Eggs covered with eggs we called it Benedict topped with homemade hollandaise sauce with your choice of smoked ham, or Salmon, or smashed avocado, or Brisket or you can top it to your liking.
We cannot describe the great taste of our famous and unique French Toast Goodness you just must try.

Everyone loves our French Dip, and we totally agree. Fresh baked French roll loaded with tender roast beef and to even make it taster dip it in Au Jus sauce.
Famous Cheeseburger is well known around town, 100% Angus beef pilled on top a Brioche bun with all the burger goodies.
Going light, check the healthy choice section or choose one of fresh salad selection.

Ordered famous french toast and chicken wrap. Taste was great. Quick service due to weekday. Weekends would be little busy place. Recommend to others looking for a good breakfast place.

June 7, 2024Great food and very nice atmosphere! But the thing that always makes or breaks a visit to a cafe is the server/service! My server was Aleisha and let me tell you she goes out of her way to take care of you! she goes above and beyond. Is polite, friendly and overall just a great experience with her! You do not wait for drink refills, etc. she is very attentive! I will be asking for her section whenever I go in! If you go ask for Aleisha! She is an asset and an absolute wonderful server! May 21, 2024We were seated immediately when we arrived. The place was packed, as it was Mother's day Sunday. The waiter was friendly and charming. The order was taken quickly, and the food came surprisingly quick. High quality breakfast foods of all kind. I highly recommend this place.

March 21, 2024What a fun brunch spot! Stopped by at 9:45 on a Sunday and the four of us were seated with no wait. My GF and I had a latte and cappuccino and enjoyed them both. We all tried something different and all enjoyed our choices: crepes, lemon blueberry pancakes, chicken and waffles and an omelette. We all wanted to try the cinnamon roll so we got one as an appetizer and split it four ways…perfect and yummy! We will definitely be back! Love having good brunch spots nearby.
