A neighborhood café located in Prosper Texas that specializes in seasonal, made-from-scratch comfort foods and healthful beverages. We are inspired by the seasons and the development of urban agriculture in our area. WISK was founded on a deep-rooted desire to gather people together around wholesome food and shared experiences. We use fresh ingredients to create nourishing, seasonal fare inspired by recipes that have been passed down through generations. We carry over the food philosophy supporting and using ingredients that are as local as possible, as often as possible. We source local, organic, humane and sustainable food and prepare as much as we can from scratch. At WISK , we utilize many time-honored ingredients from around the world to create global yet familiar dishes.
